Eligibility (AT&T Wireless Only)

New and existing AT&T Wireless customers with a 5G device will receive 6 months of free access to Bookful along with an exclusive library shelf of books and immersive 5G experiences in-app. Free subscriptions are available first-come, first-serve.
To activate your Bookful subscription, please download Bookful from the App Store or Google Play on your 5G compatible device, ensuring you are connected to the AT&T network. After that, you will see the AT&T registration pop-up and you can sign up as a Bookful subscriber and redeem your free 6-month subscription.
The free 6-month subscription includes access to the entire Bookful library and the AT&T Exclusive bookshelf containing our special AT&T collection of AR books and 5G experiences.
To access the 5G experiences on the AT&T Exclusive shelf, please make sure you are using one of the 5G devices listed below.

Only AT&T Wireless customers with a 5G device will be able to redeem the free 6-month subscription to Bookful
All Bookful subscribers who also have AT&T Wireless will be able to access the AT&T Exclusive library shelf in-app. The AT&T Exclusive library shelf will automatically populate in-app for AT&T Wireless customers.
NOTE: The 5G experiences on the AT&T Exclusive library shelf will only be visible to customers who are on a 5G device and have adequate network speeds (50mbps+)
Regardless of the AT&T offer, all Bookful customers can use their accounts on multiple devices. However, in order to receive your free subscription, you need to sign up to Bookful through 5G enabled devices. You can access the 5G experiences with these devices only. If someone in your household doesn’t have a 5G device, they can use Bookful on a 4G device and have access to all of the books and games on the app, including the AT&T exclusive bookshelf, by logging in to Bookful with your credentials.
If you have an existing Bookful account, but don’t have an active subscription, you’re eligible for 6-months free.
If you have an active one-year or lifetime Bookful subscription, you aren’t eligible for the 6-months free. However, if you have a one-year subscription that expires during the AT&T offer period, you will be able to redeem the 6-months free after your active subscription ends.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse existing Bookful users for their subscriptions.
You won’t be charged after the free 6-month subscription ends. We hope you love Bookful and would like to keep reading with a subscription to the app. Stay tuned for special offers.
No credit card information is required during registration to redeem your 6-month subscription provided by AT&T.
Bookful will feature an AT&T Exclusive library shelf in-app exclusively for AT&T Wireless customers. The shelf will house exclusive AR books and 5G experiences. The AT&T shelf will be visible to all Bookful/AT&T customers and the 5G experiences will automatically appear on the shelf when you’re using both a 5G device and adequate speeds (50mbps+).
No, all Bookful customers who also have AT&T Wireless accounts will see the AT&T Exclusive library shelf in-app and will be able to enjoy extra AR books and 5G experiences just for having AT&T.

Augmented reality makes reading fun and exciting, which instils in children a strong passion for it. By making the plot and characters interactive, augmented reality allows readers to gain a deeper understanding of a book’s content.
Bookful is easy to use and works on AR supported Apple and Android devices. There are comprehensive in-app guides and walkthroughs to help users along, as well as an animated help book that can be viewed in AR!
On 5G, users get a much richer and more immersive experience with more objects and special effects.
Another great feature made possible with 5G is the Bookful 360 storytelling experience. High bandwidth allows for immensely rich scenes such as Clark the Shark 360 experience, or the Laughing Giraffe 360 experience, making users feel they are truly inside the book thanks to 360° AR. With “Enter the Book”, each user goes on their unique journey in an ultra-rich ever-changing environment.
Bookful is free to download. After you have downloaded the app you will have the opportunity to sign up for the AT&T promotion. If you are interested, you can always purchase a subscription, which will give you access to all the books and games in the Bookful library.
Yes, Bookful is completely safe for children and is COPPA-certified (meaning, we don’t collect your child’s info, keeping it extra safe!). All content is designed for children and as such, all content is age appropriate.
Early readers are targeted at young learners who are starting on their first books or learning basic English. These include Bookful Level 1 titles which contain basic vocabulary in singular words or simple sentences.
Yes! Besides young readers, we also have older users who use Bookful to learn and improve their English. The incremental book levels make Bookful the perfect tool to improve one’s grasp of the language.
We recommend some of our Early Readers titles, and then move up at your own pace.

AR requires access to your camera in order to augment the reality you see. Being an app for children, their privacy and safety is our utmost concern. We do not record or save any images or videos from your device.
Bookful requires a strong online connection to enable loading of content. Please also check that you have updated Bookful to the latest version as we are constantly refreshing the app for our users with exciting new features. If you are still facing issues, please contact our support.
Yes, to ensure a seamless experience of Bookful’s high-quality AR&3D animations, you must have a stable internet connectivity via 3G/4G/5G or WiFi.
At the moment you will not be able to download our books to view offline, but we are working hard to make it possible soon!

No, you don’t need the physical book to use Bookful. Activate the app by pointing your device at any surface and the book will appear in front of you along with the animations.
Bookful holds the world’s largest AR&3D library with hundreds of books and games. We add new books regularly, so make sure to stay up to date on our social media channels!
Our user interface is designed to be super user-friendly, especially for children. The Bookful playground map allows for children to visually navigate through the app. We also have a help book, that explains how Bookful works and showcases the different features within the app.
Bookful encourages children to explore books independently and allows for children to read by themselves, read with an adult, or have the story narrated to them. While independent reading is certainly encouraged, Bookful also provides parents and children with an opportunity to engage in a magical reading experience together.
Yes. Our hope is that just as a child would return to the same physical book, a child would return to a book in AR multiple times. In fact, Bookful’s AR books and activities are designed to encourage children to interact with them repeatedly. The animations add so much to the books that we believe children will want to come back again and again.
This is where you’ll find all the books you’ve read. Although it’s empty when you first use Bookful, we’re sure that your collection will grow pretty quickly!

Everyone! Our interactive books are currently designed for young learners. Pick from common categories such as shapes and colors – these are basic descriptive words that are building blocks for a child’s vocabulary.
We have plans to bring the interactive feature to more advanced books in the future.
The games available on Bookful are playful and delightful activities, designed to relate the kids back to the books at all times. Some of them are educational – like our ‘Spell It’ and ‘Repeat After Me’ games; and some are just there for fun – dancing with Peter Rabbit and watching a dinosaur come to life in your living room will blow you away!
Yes! We already have a Spanish and a Chinese shelf and we are working hard on translating more books in our library.

Subscription
Your special AT&T offer will expire after 6 months. If you would like to continue reading with us, simply select a book inside the app. You’ll be redirected to a screen with the different plan options and you can select whichever is best for you!
Since you signed up via the AT&T subscription pop-up, you don’t have to cancel your subscription as you won’t be charged after 6 months! After the offer will expire, you won’t have access to the Bookful library unless you subscribe through the app stores.
Simply register an account and you’ll be able to log in on any compatible device using the same credentials.
The Bookful subscription includes unlimited access to all the books and games in the Bookful app. In addition, ALL AT&T customers have access to exclusive books on the AT&T exclusive bookshelf. As new books are added, you’ll have automatic access to them. If you register an account with us, you’ll be able to share the subscription across multiple devices.
Moving to a subscription model gives us the chance to add more books for you, and offers you a variety of choice. We want your child to learn as much as possible and that can only happen with a diverse selection to choose from in the Bookful library.
Registration
We will only collect the email address provided during sign up for the purpose of identifying your user account, handling device sharing matters and in the event you forget your password.
The grownups usually do it, since you’ll need a valid email address for registration. But if your child has all the tools to do it by themself, then by all means – Yes! We encourage independent readers, and learners too.
That’s some quality family time that we love! With our device sharing feature, just one account will do.
Don’t worry, it happens. Go to the Parents Zone menu and hit the Account button. When the pop up window appears, click on Forgot Your Password? to receive instructions on how to reset your password.
